Want to join a founder-led team that's previously scaled a success story in Europe from 15 to 100 M in ARR? They're building the future of the sales org., having developed custom AI agents for SMB's across Europe & the US.

Looking for their 1st AE, someone who can run the full-cycle as a right-hand to the founder, from discovery to closing.

They'll also help them define their ICP & sales playbook.

The goal is to create a scalable GTM process whilst signing net new customers.

Role Breakdown Full-cycle sales: demo, and close mid-market deals (ACV: $10 K–$50 K) within short sales cycles, as short as 10 days.

Engage directly with founders and VPs of Sales / Revenue execs across the globe to uncover challenges and position us as the go-to solution for outbound.

Own and manage a robust pipeline, ensuring consistent deal flow and revenue growth (Being able to handle days filled with back-to-back demos).

Collaborate closely with the founders to define and refine the sales playbook.

Provide feedback to the product team to continuously enhance the customer experience (as they are the first user of our product).

Help hire, onboard, and coach future sales team members as they scale.

Profile Requirements Experience Proven track record of success with 3-5+ years in sales, preferably in Saa S or B2 B tech as a top performer.

Experience managing and closing mid-market pipelines with global stakeholders.

Comfortable selling to founders and revenue leaders; high preference for someone who's sold to sales teams before.

Skilled at handling short sales cycles while maintaining a high close rate.

Entrepreneurial Spirit: Excited to join as the first AE, thrive in a high-pace (and chaos) environments with a builder mindset.

Working directly with the founder/CEO.

Deep interest in outbound sales strategies, sales enablement tools, and leveraging AI for growth.
