Type de contrat : CDI Poste à pourvoir : dès que possible Lieu : Franche-Comté, Arbois (39), à 40 min de B et à 55 min de DIJON en voiture, train possible depuis Besançon Rémunération annuelle : en fonction de l'expérience Missions : Rattaché(e) au Responsable de l'unité de production, au sein d'une équipe dynamique et conviviale, vous managez des équipes de 40 personnes travaillant en horaires postés 3X8. Vous pilotez la production, dans le respect des objectifs coûts/qualité/délai/sécurité en assurant un suivi rigoureux des indicateurs de performance. Vous mettez en œuvre les plans de progrès continu sur les produits et process, dans une démarche lean manufacturing. Vous travaillez en partenariat étroit avec les services techniques et contribuez à la mutation technologique de notre parc machines. Profil : De formation technique BAC2 à BAC5 ingénieur, vous justifiez idéalement d'une expérience de 3 ans minimum en management d'équipes de production dans le secteur de la métallurgie (connaissances techniques en métallurgie et en usinage souhaitées). Vous avez acquis de bonnes bases en gestion des flux (planification, suivi de l'encours). Votre leadership, vos qualités organisationnelles, votre capacité à être force de proposition et votre aisance dans des environnements complexes vous permettront de réussir dans ce poste et d'évoluer au sein du groupe. Un niveau d'anglais opérationnel serait un plus.
