We’re constantly developing new product and marketing strategies to keep us ahead of the game and in line with the latest industry trends and technology. We are looking for a Showroom Assistant to join our fun and supportive Hornby team in a diverse sales role. You will be passionate about customer service and work closely with other sales team members on new leads. Days and hours are 8.30am – 5.00pm four days a week, weekends are required but we can negotiate what two weekdays work for you.We service our customers with the entire range of curtains, blinds and shutters so we have the perfect solution to suit any home.Responsibilities include: Creating lasting relationships with our customers based on your commitment to providing a great serviceMaintaining stock through our POS and Microsoft Office systemsProviding both design and technical advice on textiles and product specificationsMaking sure every customer feels welcome, understood and able to share their unique styleGeneral shop maintenance including updating merchandise displays and housekeepingBeing motivated to keep up with the latest design trends in the interiors industry to be able to offer your customers the latest style adviceConsult with customers and lead them through our product ranges to find the best solution for them in keeping with the style of their homeWe offer a competitive hourly rate, training and heaps of cool staff benefits.
