Responsibilities
Drive Commercial Performance
Deliver and exceed store sales, margin, and KPI targets (conversion, ATV, UPT, NPS).
Implement localized commercial plans and build a loyal, international clientele.
Create engaging customer experiences that leave lasting memories and celebrate the spirit of the game.
Lead & Develop the Team
Recruit, onboard, and coach ≈ 20 sales and operations teammates.
Lead by example through energy, accountability, and a deep passion for football.
Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture defined by teamwork, professionalism, and joy.
Build Community & Brand Reach
Host traffic-driving events such as meet-and-greets, watch parties, and brand activations.
Partner with local organisations and influencers to expand awareness.
Monitor market trends and share actionable insights to strengthen the brand’s local footprint.
Guarantee Operational Excellence
Oversee inventory accuracy, cash control, and adherence to health & safety standards.
Maintain best-in-class visual merchandising and a premium store environment.
Manage scheduling, analyse KPIs, and deliver data-driven action plans.
Requirements
3–5 years’ store management experience in lifestyle, sport, or fashion retail (flagship or tourist-destination a plus).
Fluent French and professional English; additional languages are an asset.
Proven leader who inspires teams and delivers world-class customer experiences.
Passionate about football culture with strong product affinity (apparel, footwear, collectibles).
Confident with retail KPIs, staff planning, POS/CRM systems, and reporting tools.
Organised, entrepreneurial, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
