Job Description Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the strategic senior advisor, you are responsible for driving business development globally for Valuecometrics.

Your main objective is to secure and grow revenues across all market segments.

You will be actively involved in deal generation and closing, fostering client relationships, and managing partnerships to support the company’s growth.

Responsibilities Business Development for Key Market Segments (Banks, Corporates, Investors, Fund Managers, Insurance): Build and expand a pipeline of prospects while leveraging the existing pipeline.

Drive the end-to-end sales process, from deal creation to closing, with prospects and clients.

Manage and retain client relationships directly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Oversee key account management and ensure client needs are met effectively.

Contribute to the creation and adaptation of business development strategies.

Propose annual sales revenue targets and strategies to the Executive Committee.

Track and report on sales performance metrics (KPIs) and results to the Executive Committee.

Partnerships: Support the management of Value Co’s sales network and partnerships.

Act as a key point of contact for partners, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration.

Ideal Candidate Profile Experience: Strong knowledge of CSR/SRI markets, ESG, and sustainable finance products.

Proven track record in ESG sales.

At least 5+ years of experience in sales, with direct involvement in deal-closing and business development.

Experience in financial markets is an asset.

Skills: Expertise in business development and sales strategies.

Ability to independently manage client relationships and close deals.

Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English and French.

Strong interpersonal and intercultural communication skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously and take initiative.

Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Public speaking and presentation skills are a plus.
