Office Manager – Paris
Freelancer - EUR 110 Per Day - Immediate Start
My client is looking for a highly organised Office Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the Paris office and provide virtual support to other EMEA locations. You’ll manage office administration, resources, team coordination, and ensure a smooth and efficient workplace. You’ll also handle budgets, resolve administrative issues, and support employee onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and support EMEA offices remotely
- Coordinate meetings, communication, and office procedures
- Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment
- Oversee budgets, suppliers, and onboarding of new staff
What You’ll Need:
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management tools (e.g. G-Suite)
- Budget management and project coordination experience
- Previous experience in office management or similar roles
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Based in Paris with availability to support regional teams virtually
