We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced D365 Finance & Operations (F& O) Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing, developing, and deploying technical solutions that enhance the functionality of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F& O. This role is critical to ensuring the successful implementation and customisation of the system to meet organisational and client needs.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy customisations, extensions, and integrations for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F& O using X++,. NET, and other related technologies.
Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and implement technical solutions aligned with best practices.
Develop and maintain integrations between D365 F& O and external systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
Conduct unit testing and debugging of customisations and integrations to ensure high-quality deliverables and system stability.
Monitor and maintain the performance and reliability of D365 F& O environments, applying updates and patches as needed.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and support manuals.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants and project managers, to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Qualifications

~3+ years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, including X++ programming.
~ Proficiency in designing and implementing integrations using tools like Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and RESTful APIs.
~ Strong knowledge of the D365 F& O data model and architecture.
~ Experience with lifecycle services (LCS), Visual Studio, and source control tools like Azure Dev Ops.
~ Solid understanding of financial or supply chain processes and how they translate into technical requirements.
~ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
~ Proven ability to manage multiple development tasks in a hybrid work environment.
~ English & French speaking is required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with regulatory compliance and security standards.
• Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps) and its integration with D365 F& O.
• Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations development.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
