Under the guidance of the Head of Center of Excellence – Consumer and Shopper Understanding , the Senior Shopper Insight Planner will be in charge of delivering future-focused & agile methodologies / frameworks for Shopper, e-shopper & traveler to better understand the real purchase motivations, behaviours & choice drivers.

The main responsibilities are:
Improve Pernod Ricard expertise in Shopper Insights, building a global Shopper insight approach to improve in-store/outlets/e-commerce execution to drive better conversion.
Help to evolve frameworks and propose global methodologies for
Channel profiling: Map key attributes by channel such as Shopper typologies, Shopper missions and occasions behind the mission, Purchase drivers and barriers in priority markets – working with sales transformation teams on how to activation shopper insights with customers and leverage learnings to influence commercial strategies and customer stories.
Shopper last three feet, path to purchase and touchpoints - working with Insights and Strategy teams to map and understand the path to purchase during most important occasions
Frameworks for understanding the whole shopping process: Planned vs impulse; Basket analysis; Moments and needs; Identify relevant moments in the decision; Triggers and barriers; Decision Tree
Leverage new sources of data to solve business, channel and customer issues, be involved in experimentation.
Suggest potential suppliers for own area and assess to create best in class agency roster
Assist the Centre of Excellence in developing business appropriate proof of concepts & pilots to advance global frameworks
On proof of concepts/pilots - be the day-to-day contact for strategic agency partners to ensure Pernod Ricard standards on regarding data quality are well met.
Point of contact for selected group of affiliates regarding implementation of global frameworks and processes as well as sharing and building best practices and evolving global frameworks
Create global learnings and cascade via webinars, workshops, etcContribute with the thought leadership, storytelling and visualization of data in the Centre of Excellence
The profile required is:
Master's degree with:

5+ years relevant experience at either global or local commercial, trade marketing or marketing (but where you have worked closely with commercial teams) with focus on insights content, methodologies and analytics

Good knowledge across traditional, household panels and digital research/Insight methodologies & techniques

Demonstrate the ability to extract value from information and transform it into sharp and actionable insights to deliver Consumer and Shopper centric solutions

Capability in facilitating workshops with energy and enthusiasm

Championing the integration of data sources (Traditional & new digital sources)

Tech savvy being able to adopt and apply forward looking techniques in insight-building digital and technology applications

Strong affinity for action

Relationship skills communicating insights into memorable and persuasive stories to deliver impact

Results orientation

Demonstrate a great flexibility in all situations

Comfortable with change, willing to get out of the comfort zone

Eager to learn from others to continuously test and learn, curiosity in learning & applying new thinking

Being able to challenge the status quo and to continuously adapt, acting with a consulting mindset
