This position is to join our innovative (PSS) programme as an employee of Eurofins. The programme places full-time analysts, technicians, scientists and technical support personnel managed by Eurofins directly at the client facility to provide long term staffing needs while maintaining the same services, expertise and cGMP compliance available at the Eurofins facility. Job Description

This is a full time, 1 year fixed term position (With a view to go permanent) working a 35 hour week, Monday - Friday flexibly between 07:00 - 19:00.

The purpose of this job is to serve as Project Manager for prioritizing and alignment of external Qualified Person (QP) release of clinical supplies at Contract Manufacturing Organisations (CMOs).
Project manage drug product batch disposition (release/reject decision) and Investigational Medicinal Product Certification and release by the UK Qualified Person
Partner with Regulatory Affairs to ensure on-time delivery of Health Authority approvals for release of clinical supplies (as applicable).
Co-ordinate/align on all required documentation.
Auditing of internal GMP systems/processes and suppliers/third party contractors, as well as assisting stakeholders with regulatory advice and preparation for and management of regulatory agency inspections.
Triage/answer any QP related queries.
Liaise with Trials Supplies Management (TSM), Trial Managers (TM) and Regulatory Affairs.
Identify dependencies, evaluate risks, and communicate status to appropriate levels of management and stakeholders across the business.
Ensure project deliverables and schedules are met, adhere to established standards, which are managed in alignment with BMS Project Management best practices across their assigned projects.
Proactively remove obstacles to drive assigned project’s momentum and progress
Plan and engage necessary resources across the enterprise to ensure successful completion of assigned projects.
Advise and consistently apply Project Management best practices and tools.
Support the PDQ function at Moreton to ensure timely release of Investigational Medicinal Products (IMPs).
Qualifications
Degree qualified or equivalent experience required.
Project Management experience is essential.
Previous Pharmaceutical Quality experience is desired/preferred.
Demonstrated experience leading initiatives related to continuous improvement and/or implementation of new ways of working.
Demonstrated ability to build and leverage relationships through diplomacy with a broader focuswithin the Function.
Willing to operate in a flexible manner and be able to switch priorities at short notice. Seeks new ideas to make improvements within own area of control.
Good team player, organised, accurate, have strong documentation skills.
Passionate about quality and customer service.
Good communication skills both internally and externally.
Experienced in process improvement.
Ability to recognize the potential impact on internal/external challenges on the future state success.
Good knowledge/experience in computer systems (MS, excel, word, etc.).
Ability to co-ordinate/lead meetings.
