Tasks As part of application support for our own IT systems, which are used by car dealerships throughout Germany, you will answer questions about system usage and provide initial assistance with software problems. You will analyze complex problems and tasks and involve the 2'nd-level support if necessary. You identify and address optimization potential to product management. You will also support our quality management team in testing and approving new releases of our software. Later development into an application consultant is possible, including the assumption of 2'nd-level support and other tasks. During an intensive induction phase, you will gain an insight into all the necessary areas so that you can then quickly take on your first tasks, where there is also room for initiative and responsibility.
