Job Description: Airbus Helicopters is looking for a MRO Litigation Operations Manager (f/m) to join our Material Support and Services Department based in Tremblay in France. You will be part of a team developing and optimising processes of logistic flows. As part of the European MRO Logistic Platform team, you will be involved in [after sales services activities aiming at improving our customer services. The incumbent monitors the discrepancies blocking the logistics flow of parts in the platform and speed up the solving of the issues at each step of the logistic process, with internal and external stakeholders. Your challenges: Follow up the discrepancies volume and type Discrepancies roots causes analysis Build action plan with the different involved stakeholders to tackle the roots causes of the discrepancies and drumbeat its advancement Reduce the treatment time of the discrepancies Contribute to the mapping of upfront checks to be performed at the Airbus regional hubs and Customers bases Contribute to the set-up of financial handbook for the mapping of costs with our partner Daher, regarding Litigation topics Lead the harmonization of process (customer & repair flow) such as TAG vs FME, Follow-up Sheet)Support continuous improvement projects related to programs (NH, 145, Tigre..) for all MRO family parts Your profile: Education: Engineering degree or Master in Logistics or Supply chain or equivalent Working experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years in Logistics and/or after sales services and/or supply chain Experience in Logistic and import/export of aerospace material Think out of the box and able to propose innovative solutions Languages : English : Fluent or Confirmed French : Fluent IT knowledge: confirmed for SAP, GSuite, Excel, Word, Power Point This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
