The Richemont Group Marketing Department includes the Media Department, which supports the brands and the holding by coordinating and optimizing the Group media activity, anticipating future stakes, facilitating interaction between parties (brands-agencies-publishers), and providing best in class partners and tools.
Richemont Media Department is currently recruiting a Senior Media Project Manager position to join this international team.
Role
The Department provides an excellent opportunity to develop a strong understanding of the media activity in an international & luxury environment.
Reporting to the Media Department management, the Senior Media Project Manager is a fair and Media practice referent, dealing with the following missions:
- Supporting and challenging Maisons on media stakes, annual strategy or ROI assessment,
- Managing the Media agency network’s roadmap regarding Data (measurement, attribution…), Omnichannel (ecommerce, drive to store…) and Brand Equity (Brand impact & perception measurement, visibility strategies…),
- Sharing best practices amongst the Maisons, communicating best in class processes and guidelines in order to increase common expertise and media planning efficiency,
- Maintaining for the Group a leading and up to date media organization and performance,
- Co-Supervising and controlling the media agencies’ workflow, performance and services worldwide: e.g., through Finance reconciliation, ad verification, productivity monitoring, MMM or contribution studies…
- Ensuring that local media practices are in line with contracts and market best practices,
- Identifying media opportunities and negotiating with key media vendors worldwide,
- Compiling and monitoring media market research and competitive information,
- Anticipating of future media stakes,
- Supporting the Media Department in the project management daily follow-up
Profile
- Graduated with a master degree in Marketing, Economy, Engineering or Business
- 6-8 years’ work experience in pluri-media / performance/ consulting agency or Brand, with exposure to an international environment
- Interest in luxury in general
- Fluent in English & French (working language is English – kindly apply with a CV and cover letter in English)
Job competences
- Expert in worldwide media activity and performance (strategy, coordination, planning, reporting, performance, digital change…), the experience of many aspects of this field, in particular a double experience brand / consulting agency would be appreciated
- Comfortable with Project management process / agencies or suppliers management
- Capability to challenge partnerships and situations: negotiation and diplomatic skills
- Oral leadership and assertivity
- Autonomous and rigorous, team spirit
Computer Skills
- Must know Power Point and Excel (create presentations, create and analyse graphs, figures and charts) and the Office suite in general
