  • Who is the Koltiva Head of Markets?

    The Head of Market (preferably based in France or Switzerland) is responsible for leading and managing high-performance teams in countries within the EMEA market (currently 27 countries), driving revenue and traction growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction with all Koltiva products and services.


    What are the key responsibilities of the Head of Markets?

    Market Growth & Organizational Development

  • Develop and execute strategies to boost market presence and revenue. Build and manage an effective team structure, focusing on collaboration and innovation.
  • Strategy Execution & Leadership

  • Lead diverse teams and aligning them with market-specific goals. Own the responsibility for market revenue targets and drive team performance to meet these objectives.
  • Sales & Customer Relationship Management

  • Craft and implement sales plans, from lead generation to client onboarding. Strengthen customer relationships and tailor our services for maximum satisfaction.
  • Customer Success

  • Oversee the EMEA region's Customer Success and Helpdesk Teams, ensuring an outstanding client journey from onboarding to long-term engagement.
  • Responsible for project implementation across the region and measure impact to improve customer satisfaction, renewal rates, and upsell opportunities.
  • Reporting & Collaboration

  • Provide insightful quarterly reports on market activities and performance, identifying challenges and opportunities for growth.

  • What are the requirement of the Position?

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, agriculture, engineering, international relations, or a related field; master’s degree, especially an MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, project management, and customer success leadership roles.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in successful sales and project management, achieving or exceeding revenue customer satisfaction targets.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, agriculture, finance, and consumer goods industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese are plus.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
  • Experience in a technology or Saa S industry is preferred.
