Experience & Qualifications Criteria:
- Degree/Masters or Ph D in Milling/Feed or Food Science/Engineering
- At least 9 years industry experience as an expat
- Ideal industries would be from milling, baking or feed industry manufacturing and operation
- Technical knowledge of agricultural commodities
- Knowledge of, success in streamlining flour and feed milling manufacturing
- Strong management experience with a solid track record
- Strategic mindset Strong production, operations, manufacturing experience
- Focused of OPEX and KPIs
- Develop and improve standard operating procedures
- Will be doing lots of travel 80% of the time across various countries in Africa
- Managing multiple flour and feed milling manufacturing facilities in multiple countries
