As time has gone on, the needs of companies who provide pest elimination services is increasingly focussed on Digital solutions to be able to provide high quality service, insightful reporting and innovative solutions that meet the needs of both end users and strict audit standards.

The EMEA market has a highly demanding and in some cases strictly regulated customer base, and Ecolab’s main asset are its people and the services we sell and provide.

In order to be able to do this, we need to put the right technology in the hands of our associates and give them the best products to offer.

We also need to provide the customer with the most insightful reporting to drive their businesses and take action to control and limit pest activity.

As part of the region’s Digital Strategy , a new role has opened up to help execute some of the key initiatives and projects across EMEA, and to act as a representative of the business to guide and deliver internal and customer facing system changes.

Reporting to the Head of Business Enablement, the Business Process Analyst role will be key in driving new digital solution delivery across multiple countries in EMEA as well as supporting day to day business needs in shaping the system functionality of the future.

Working closely with Commercial Solutions, Customer Services, Finance, Marketing, Technical, R&D, Sales and Operations, the successful candidate will be able to quickly form project plans, review progress, and be able to communicate well at all levels of the business.

They will also be administratively and IT literate being able to interact with other Product Owners, Business Analysts and developers in a highly hands-on way.

As proactive monitoring and management of the projects and “business as usual” initiatives will be done on a daily basis, ensuring execution of key deliverables on time, to cost and in line with the standards expected will be a minimum requirement of the role.

Key Accountabilities Identify Improvement Opportunities within the European Region Fully document required digital changes Work with the business to comply with the IT change processes Identifying and communicating with key stakeholders Gathering, reviewing and analysing business requirements Liaising between various business departments and groups Assessing options for process improvement, including business process modeling Maintaining documentation regarding various projects, processes and operations Strategizing ideas to improve business operations Ability to write development requirements and acceptance criteria Develop and work a test plan Communicate priorities and timeline with business partners Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Power Point, to create presentations and reports Experience and Skills 5+ years of experience in delivery of cross departmental, complex projects or change initiatives Proven stakeholder management capabilities with demonstrable evidence of dealing with business and functional leadership 5+ years of owning/managing/improving back office, administrative or IT processes Pest Elimination technical experience a plus Project Management / Process Improvement qualifications a significant advantage (Green Belt / Black Belt / PMBOK etc.) although can work towards this as part of the role IT project delivery / management experience a plus Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions Resourcefulness and creative problem solving skills Experience testing and mapping various business processes and protocols Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to speak French and English as a minimum Ability to speak Spanish / German a big advantage Highly hands on and able to multi-skill where needed to get the job done Although the role can be remote working, the candidate will need to be in a commutable distance of one of the EU head office locations in Northwich (UK) or Paris (France) as there will be an expectation to travel up to 40% of the time for meetings etc.
