Job Description

Responsibilities
Support full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to C&B focus on monthly payroll calculation, tax filing, retirement fund administration and leave administration
Handle routine maintenance on employee database and ensure all personal records are up-to-date and accurate
Ensure salary and related payment in compliance with statutory requirements and in timely manner
Assist in HRMS enhancement
Assist in the formulation and implementation of people policies, procedures and tools in accordance with Company’s rules & regulations
Compile regular staff data analytics and reports for Management’s review
Assists in ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned
Requirements
Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
3 - 4 years solid experience gained from sizable multi-national company
Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations
Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
Proactive, independent and well-organized
Strong numeric sense and detail minded
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese word processing
Immediate available is an advantage
