Global Third Party and Compliance Insights Lead

Job Description Summary
As Global Third-Party and Compliance Insights Lead, you will provide direct and indirect leadership on the PDx supplier and dealer management process globally and will be instrumental in improving it in line with applicable laws, regulations, and GEHC policies. You will also lead collection and processing of PDX compliance related data to derive and report on PDx compliance metrics and insights. The role reports to the PDx Global Head of Compliance.

Pharmaceutical Diagnostics (PDx) business is the number one global supplier of contrast media and molecular imaging agents used to enhance medical imaging exams. Essential Responsibilities:
Oversee the dealer management framework for all third parties across PDx and be responsible in identifying the associated relevant risks & controls
Provide Independent Third Party regulatory and compliance advice, including advising the businesses/operational teams;
Represent PDx Compliance when needed in the relevant cross-functional, supplier or channel governance councils (eg IRB);
Develop internal processes and propose customized tools to facilitate Independent Third-Party compliance as needed;
Benchmark best practices with respect to Third Parties and propose improvement and new ideas;
Prepare and maintain metrics and dashboard on PDx Compliance-related matters including Third Party management;
Interpret the impact of third-party changes against regulatory requirements, internal policies and procedures and incorporate change to ensure regulatory compliance across PDx globally;
Analyze issues, audit or Monitoring results in order to drive continuous improvement and elevate as needed
Requirements / Qualifications
University degree in law, finance, business, or other professional areas. Master’s and above degree preferred;
A minimum of 7-8 years professional experience in Compliance with a Healthcare/Life sciences company including proven experience in managing third parties internationally;
Sound technical competency and experience in global Third-Party Oversight in pharmaceutical environment including initiatives to achieve better risk and control outcomes;
Experience identifying, analyzing and prioritizing compliance-based risk and determining potential impact to an organization;
Project management experience in a compliance-related area;
Experience utilizing and leveraging systems and technology to enhance compliance data analytics;
Ability to lead the change, be self-motivated to manage sensitive issues, and be accountable for the results;
Excellent drafting, writing and oral communication in English, strong analytical, organizational, and strategic thinking skills;
Unquestioned integrity and ethics in business and personal conduct;
Able to travel internationally as required;
Location: Europe.
