Are you ready to lead financial strategy and influence critical business decisions across a high-performing sales region? We are seeking a dynamic Finance Director – Regional South (France, Iberia, Italy, Belgium and Netherlands) to partner with regional sales leadership and deliver financial leadership that drives business growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

Your challenges Taking up this regional role, you will enter a matrix organisation where you will become a key player in Region South with the benefits of close business integration and execution, while at the same being part of a global finance organisation, gaining the advantages of a global finance strategy, high professional leverage, shared data systems, platforms and performance metrics.

Managing the Global Finance team in Region South, you will work closely with the Regional Executive Vice President as well as the Regional Management Team, taking a joint responsibility for converting Group level strategic initiatives into regional strategies and plans and further participate in developing regional specific initiatives and plans to ensure optimal regional performance.

As Regional Finance Director your primary focus will be to ensure a data-driven approach to performance management and business partnering, with provision of fact-based business insight as basis for recommendations and discussions in the Regional Management team.

Combining your financial and analytical background with in-depth business knowledge and acumen, you will provide value-adding FP&A insight for the Region.

You will e.g.

do so by driving processes and tasks within the performance model and annual plan for the Region.

You will be based at the VELUX office in Morangis and be a part of a Global Finance organization with direct report to Senior Director, Global Finance, Sales & Marketing (Hørsholm, Denmark) More specific the primary tasks are: Lead the financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes for the region, providing insights that drive revenue growth and margin optimization.

Partner closely with Regional Sales leadership to shape and execute the region’s financial strategy, ensuring alignment with global business objectives.

Oversee financial modeling and scenario planning to assess risks and opportunities, guiding the region’s decision-making process.

Engage in standardizing financial processes, reports and tasks across the different regions together with the rest of the management team in Global Finance, Sales & Marketing.

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration.

You can expect to travel approximately 30-40 days annually.

Your qualifications You will bring experience from large, complex, internationally operating companies with a full value chain.

You have a solid leadership experience in relevant Global Finance functions as well as experience with Finance Business Partnering.

Furthermore we expect: Communication Excellent storytelling and presentation skills, incl.

the ability to synthesize insights into easily understood conclusions and recommendations for non-finance colleagues.

Communicates the central issues in a discussion in a clear, fluent, and precise manner; is able to keep the recipients' attention; attentive to the needs of others when he/she speaks.

Produces written material, which is clear, fluent, precise, and easy to understand for the recipients.

Proficient user of SAP and other relevant platforms and dashboards, e.g.

SAC or Power BI is an advantage.

Speaks and writes fluent English and French.
