Summary The R& D Engineer II will be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team that is responsible for developing engineering simulation features for FEA applications.

Responsibilities Research, design and implement features in a state-of-the-art Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) software application based on the Finite Element Method (FEA).

Develop, maintain and improve object-oriented data structures, algorithms and modules.

Minimum Qualifications BS Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related areas with 5 years' experience, MS with 2 years' experience Experience in object-oriented languages (with a preference for C++ & C#) Experience in scripting languages (Python) Strong analytical skills, ability to learn quickly and work closely with others Good written and oral communication/presentation skills in both French and English Ability to deliver high-quality work on time Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of FEA or similar computational techniques.

Experience as a software developer working with any of the following:.

NET, REST, g RPC, Docker.

Understanding of CI/CD processes and testing methodologies.

Knowledge of agile software development practices.
