- Design innovative rewards strategies – across executive pay, sales comp, and everything in between
- Drive job architecture and grading projects using our market-leading tools
- Shape compelling employee value propositions that boost attraction and retention
- Partner with clients during critical transformations, working across sectors and borders
- Deliver powerful insights, presentations, and solutions that actually move the needle
👥 You’ll lead projects, guide clients, collaborate with experts, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of work.
🎯 Who You Are:
- A seasoned C& B or Total Rewards consultant (8-12 years),
- Fluent in French and English
- Strategic, data-driven, and people-focused
- Experienced in performance management, reward system design, and global mobility
- A natural communicator, analytical thinker, and team player
- Driven, curious, and excited by the chance to make a real impact
