2 Collaborations : une en droit public et une en droit de la construction
PARTHEMA AVOCATS recherche un.e collaborat.eur.rice libéral.e en droit public (dominante droit de l’urbanisme) et un.e collaborat.eur.rice libéral.e endroit de la construction et de l’assurance construction.
Implanté à NANTES et PARIS, PARTHEMA AVOCATS fédère une quarantaine d’avocats et juristes dont la compétence est reconnue dans tous les domaines du droit des affaires et des personnes.
L’équipe Droit immobilier (urbanisme et construction), composée d’un associé, deux collaborateurs et deux assistantes recrute deux collaborat.eur.rices libéral.es ayant de préférence une première expérience réussie en la matière.
Au sein d’une équipe jeune et dynamique, vous aurez pour mission de :
Traiter en autonomie les dossiers qui vous seront confiés en droit public ou en droit de la construction privée, tant en conseil qu’en contentieux ;
Assister aux opérations d’expertise judiciaire ;
Assister et intervenir en audience.
Collaborations libérales à durée indéterminée / Rémunération selon profil.
Permis B et véhicule indispensables.
