X Hagen public utility company Hagen Wirtschaftsbetrieb Hagen (WBH) is a public-law institution of the city of Hagen. "Together for Hagen", the approximately 350 employees create and maintain the infrastructure facilities and recreational areas throughout the city of Hagen. As a modern service provider, the WBH is responsible for the planning, construction and maintenance of public sewers, roads, paths and squares, the maintenance of green spaces and parks, the construction and maintenance of public bridges, the construction and operation of traffic facilities, the maintenance of the nine municipal cemeteries and the management of municipal forest areas. For our team we are looking for a IT specialist in the field of application development/ System integration (focus on Citrix) Your tasks: Administration of the Citrix and M365 environment in the team Support with exciting in-house IT projects and the implementation of new technologies and solutions for IT operations (e.g. introduction of Citrix and MS Office 365) Ensuring the secure and efficient operation of the systems for which you are responsible Troubleshooting and support for problems related to Citrix applications and services Performing upgrades, patches and updates of the software at WBH Monitoring and optimizing the infrastructure to ensure an efficient and smooth user experience Creation and maintenance of documentation and guidelines Support with administrative activities in the area of IT (carrying out procurements, invoice verification, license management, contract management) Contacts with IT service providers We offer: Permanent employment contract Secure job in the public sector Remuneration in line with personal requirements in accordance with the public service collective agreement (VKA) up to EG 12 Collectively agreed annual special payments 30 days annual leave, additional time off with continued pay on 24.12. and 31.12. At least two years of professional experience in operating complex Citrix infrastructures Sound knowledge in the operation of Citrix solutions based on Citrix Virtual Apps and Virtual Desktops. Ideally practical experience with Citrix DaaS deployment and administration Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops 7.x Administration On-Premises and in the Citrix Cloud Citrix Provisioning 7 Administration Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (including Exchange and Intune) and a hybrid OnPrem / Azure AD desirable Knowledge of Windows server environments A solution-oriented and quick grasp, strong communication skills, as well as a structured, goal-oriented way of working Good understanding of networks, protocols and security aspects related to Citrix implementations Certifications in the Citrix and Microsoft environment desirable German language skills at level C1 (§ 23 VwVfG - official language) Class B driving license (formerly class III) desirable Applications: Via our career portal: IT specialist in the field of application development/system integration (focus on Citrix) Do you have any questions?
