Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities Design robust, scalable, and business-aligned Service Now architectures that support enterprise transformation goals. Advise clients on defining their Service Now roadmap , ensuring alignment with industry best practices and long-term value realization. Lead both functional and technical design , ensuring sound architectural decisions and arbitrating solution choices when needed. Actively contribute to key project phases, including scoping, workshops, design authority, and product governance . Ensure overall platform consistency and promote effective use of the CDE framework (CSM, FSM, HRSD, SPM) across implementations.
