Rattaché au Responsable d'Exploitation, vous participez à la gestion technique et opérationnelle de prestations multitechnique sur un site tertiaire.
gérer et optimiser le recours à la sous-traitance
participer à la bonne gestion administrative de votre portefeuille
optimiser la productivité du site : GMAO, auto-contrôles,...
De formation Bac + 2 (thermique/climatique ou électrique), vous justifiez de minimum 5 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire.
Permis B et maîtrise de l'outil GMAO (SAM FM) requis.
